REMINDER! 2026 Roadway Improvements - Assessment payments

Properties assessed as part of the 2026 Street Improvements Project were sent an assessment notice in the Spring. This is a reminder that your assessment may be paid in full without interest charges until October 31, 2026. The payment must be received prior to October 31. The payment can be dropped off at the City Office or mailed to: City of Grant, ATTN: 2026 Roadway Improvements Project, P.O. Box 577, Willernie, MN 55090. If you need a copy of your notice and/or the amount due, please contact us at clerk@cityofgrant.us or 651-426-3383. Any unpaid balance will be sent to Washington County and be collected with your property taxes. The assessment period is 15 years with an interest rate of 5.5%.
