Potential Ordinance Amendments

A public hearing was held on the 1st day of September 2026 at 6:30 pm during a regular meeting of the Grant City Council related to certain amendments to Chapter 32 Zoning related to existing lots of record, variance processes and procedures, and the Table of Uses in the City Code of Grant, MN. A copy of the staff report and the proposed ordinance amendments can be found attached below. The public hearing was closed at the September 1 meeting, but comments can still be provided to City staff or Council members via phone, email, or during the public comment portion of the October 6 Council meeting.
